Kathleen Bentz. Ms. Bentz became a Subway franchisee in 1990 and currently owns and operates a number of Subway restaurants.  She served as Chair of the local Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund for Chicago and Northwest Indiana and is also a charter member of the North Amercian Association of Subway Franchisees.  From 2004-2009, she became the franchisee for Seattle Sutton Healthy Eating for a major portion of the State of Indiana and parts of Ohio and Kentucky.  Ms Bentz began her employment career for Subway I & I Development before becoming a Subway franchisee. Ms. Bentz is a graduate of Michigan State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering.  Ms. Bentz currently chairs the Marketing Committee and serves on the Executive and Loan Committees.


Lino Canalia. Mr. Canalia currently is the President of BK Advertising agency.  Previously he worked for Brian Keith Advertising for 37 years where he served in numerous senior executive officer capacities including President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Canalia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a bachelors degree in Marketing from the School of Business.  Mr. Canalia currently serves on the Nominating and OREO Committees.


Dr. Paul Chemello . Dr. Chemello is  actively engaged as a family practice physician at Advocate Medical Group in Frankfort, Illinois.  He has practiced in Frankfort, Illinois since 2004.  Prior to joining Advocate Medical Group, he was the Chairman of the Family Practice Department at St. James Hospital.  He is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and recieved his medical degree in 1988 from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  A Chicago native, he and his wife have resided in Frankfort since 1991.  Dr. Chemello currently serves on the ALCO, Marketing and OREO Committees.


Peter Feit. Mr. Feit is with Vitruvian Hedge LLC, a trading firm on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange.  Prior to that, he was the Managing Member of KC-CO, an options market maker firm on the Chicago Board Options, Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he worked since 1995.  Mr Feit was previously Manager-Head of Listed Trading for S G Warburg PLC.  He is a board member for the Howard Area Community Center and is a graduate of Loyola University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.  Mr. Feit currently chairs the ALCO Committee and serves on the Nominating and OREO Committees. 


Joseph  Pascale. Mr. Pascale has been general manager of Aurelio’s Pizza in Frankfort Illinois since 1980.  Mr. Pascale was also a director of Harris Bank Frankfort from 1997 to 2005.  He is a graduate of Rich Central High School in Olympia Fields, Illinois, and attended Prairie State Junior College in Chicago Heights, Illinois, and Riverside Community College in Riverside, California.  Mr. Pascale currently serves on the Audit, Loan and Marketing Committees.


Michael Perry. Mr. Perry is the Chairman of the Board for Town Center Bank, Chairman and CEO of 21st Century Financial Services which provides customized data processing services for community banks seeking cost-efficient and leading edge technology to better focus on their customers needs.  Previously, Mr Perry owned Positive Connections, a school bus company, founded in 1997 that operated in Minnesota and Illinois.  By 2004, Positive Connections grew to generate gross revenues of approximately $31 million.  Mr Perry sold Positive Connections in 2006.  Mr. Perry is a Minneapolis, Minnesota native and attended Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota.  Mr. Perry currently Chairs the Executive, Nominating and Loan Committees.


Tom Riordan. Mr. Riordan has been in the insurance business since 1982 and has been the Managing Member of Riordan and Scully Insurance Service LLC since 2006.  Mr Riordan's firm provides all types of insurance and specializes in commercial insurance and surety bonds. Prior to his involvement in the insurance business, Mr. Riordan worked as a Certified Public Accountant.  He attended Northern Illinois University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Mr. Riordan currently Chairs the OREO Commmittee and serves on the Executive, Audit and Loan Committees.


George Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds is a partner in Desmond and Ahern, LTD., Certified Public Accountants, where he has worked since 1982 and has been a partner since 1989.   Mr Reynolds is responsible for servicing defined contribution and Section 125 plans for nonprofit, business, and credit union clients.  He also prepares tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and estates and conducts fraud audits for credit union and corporate clients.  Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of Saint Xavier University in Chicago, Illinois, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.  Mr. Reynolds currently Chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Executive and Loan Committees.


Joan Wator. Ms. Wator is a Certified Public Accountant and owns her own accounting practice, Joan C Wator, CPA, where she has worked since 1979.  Before beginning her career in accounting, she worked for McDonald's Corporation and was an examiner with the Illinois Commissioner of Banks and Trust Companies.  She has been active with the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce and served for one year on the Development Board of the Sisters of St Francis.  She is a graduate of Illinois State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Ms. Wator currently serves on the Audit, ALCO and OREO Committees.


Peter SelleckAfter serving as the Chief Executive Officer for 31 years, Mr. Selleck retired from Erie Industrial Products in 2008, a metal fabricating firm specializing in laser cutting. Under his leadership the company prospered and grew into a multi-million dollar enterprise serving the needs of the Midwest. Mr. Selleck now resides in Freeport, IL with his wife Roberta who is the Superintendent of schools there. They have four children and nine beautiful granddaughters. Mr. Selleck graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.  Mr. Selleck currently serves on the Audit, ALCO and Marketing Committees.
